We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Refunds and Exchanges
We offer refunds or exchanges within 7 days of your original order date if an item arrives damaged, defective, or of unsatisfactory quality. Please contact us within this time frame so we can assist you promptly.
After 7 days, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with packaging intact.

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original form of payment, or issue an exchange based on your preference.

Refunds will typically appear in your account within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping, taxes, and duties, unless the item was delivered damaged or defective. If you prefer to arrange your own return shipping, please use a trackable and insured carrier.
Packaging & Responsibility
Please pack returned items securely. If damages occur during return shipping due to improper packaging, we may be unable to process the refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Wallpaper is only returnable if unopened and in its sealed original packaging.
Order Cancellations
You have 12 hours to cancel your order after placing it, provided it has not yet entered processing. After that time, orders cannot be cancelled. Pre-order items cannot be cancelled outside of this window.
Pick-Up Orders
Pick-up is available at our office in Birmingham, United Kingdom. You will be notified when your order is ready. Orders not collected within 7 days will be automatically refunded to your original form of payment.
